This week, the Travel Agent Arbiter Program (TAAP) elected its Board of Directors with ASTA's Mark Meader, Sr. Vice President, Industry Affairs & Education being re-elected to the board and at the same time elected to serve as the Board's Chair. As a reminder, the goal of the TAAP program is to resolve disputes regarding any aspect of the Agent Reporting Agreement between the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) and ARC-approved agents. Section 14 of ARC's Industry Agents' Handbook also provides a good source of information on the program. Congrats Mark!
