I am a travel industry veteran specializing in wholesale, group, and retail travel insurance products and channel development for sales to consumers, travel agents, and travel suppliers. My focus is establishing relationships and helping partners consistently produce and achieve revenue and service objectives by educating them about the benefits of travel insurance to both the consumer and travel business.
A passion for travel insurance led me to leave my position as a travel insurance specialist with a custom tour operator to be a business development manager on the supplier side. I have been able to share my knowledge and experience with other travel agents and tour operators, as well as my perspective about what travel agents and consumers want in products, service, and processes. My advocacy represents the consumer, travel agency, and travel insurance supplier respectively.
My proven track record for achieving extreme sales growth, on both the agent and supplier sides is attributable to my consultative sales technique and passion for meeting the unique needs of travel insurance.
