Alexandria, VA, August 29, 2018 – The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) is pleased to announce that its elected leadership team is set for the 2018-2019 term, which began at the conclusion of the ASTA Global Convention in Washington, D.C. last week.
On August 21, the incumbent Board of Directors convened to elect the new Executive Committee, which is comprised of a Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary, Treasurer and the Chair of ASTA’s Corporate Advisory Council (CAC). As a result of the voting on August 21, the new ASTA Executive Committee is:
The ASTA Board of Directors is made up of 15 members representing all segments of the industry, with a blend of elected seats and seats reserved by ASTA’s bylaws. In addition to the Executive Committee, members of the 2018-2019 ASTA Board of Directors are:
