After a 28 year career in the U. S. Navy I retired as a Commander and went to work for a company with a contract supporting computerized wargaming in San Diego. Having traveled extensively and being bitten by the travel bug, he attended and graduated from the Carlson Travel Academy in San Diego, CA, with honors as the #1 student in his class. After graduation he began his travel career as an "outside sales agent" for Terra Travel & Tours in La Jolla, CA moving to Carefree Travel in Chula Vista, CA and then to Central Travel in Bonita, CA, as Marketing Director. In 2000 he founded J and L Travel at his home in Chula Vista, CA, moving to Florida in January 2003. He is a registered seller of travel in CA and FL. Jesse specializes in cruises, tours, groups and fund raising cruises.
