I am by nature both a dreamer and a planner. The dreamer in me loves thinking about my next travel opportunity and the exciting experiences that can be enjoyed. The planner in me makes want to ensure that the details are all taken care of so that my travels can be as seamless and stress free as possible. In 2009 my husband and I were invited to be part of a family and friends cruise, our first cruise experience. We instantly fell in love with the concept of unpacking once, getting to visit previously only dreamt about ports of call, staying unplugged if we wish, letting someone else take the wheel, and the endless on board entertainment and dining options. One of my favorite on board experiences is watching the sunset as we leave another beautiful port of call, and doing so from my own private balcony. Our love and passion for cruising had begun! Since then we have enjoyed 30+ ocean and river cruises. As much as it is possible, my wish is to see the world by ship.
