ASTA’s Mentoring Program Wins 2024 Magellan Gold Award

 

 

ASTA’s Mentoring Program was recently recognized by NorthStar and Travel Weekly as a Magellan Gold Award recipient in the category of Travel Advisor Organizations – Overall Education Program. This achievement celebrates ASTA’s unwavering commitment to nurturing the next generation of travel advisors and leaders by fostering growth, learning, and community.  

The annual Magellan Awards spotlight excellence across the travel industry. Named after Ferdinand Magellan, the first explorer to circumnavigate the globe and forever alter history, these awards recognize those who are making waves in the travel world today. Just as Magellan’s name became synonymous with bold exploration, ASTA is proud to earn its place among the industry’s finest, shaping the future of travel one advisor at a time.  

Our Mentoring Program was launched to address the evolving needs of travel professionals by offering a unique platform for new and seasoned advisors to connect, exchange knowledge, and build meaningful professional relationships. The program is designed to ensure that aspiring travel professionals have the guidance they need to grow, thrive, broaden their perspectives, engage in 1:1 peer support, and develop practical strategies for their long-term success.
