Mary is SO responsive and on top of all the details! She has lots of great suggestions and is willing to make the extra effort to call the cruise line, hotel, or transport company to make sure they have just what you want and no question is left unanswered.
Mary also went to bat for me, trying numerous times to get the cruise line to waive a change fee they had imposed. Not taking no for an answer, she kept calling until she found the manager who made it happen!
I feel so lucky to have met Mary - in 2 months I_`ve already booked a last minute cruise and a second just a few months out!
