I have been in the travel industry since 1996. Before that, I worked for IBM for 14 years, including a year in China and two years in Japan. I was a tour director from 1996 to 2001 when I bought Hanns Ebensten Travel. This is the oldest tour operator specializing in travel for LGBTQ+ travelers. Since then we have maintained that focus while expanding our travel agency services through the Uniglobe Travel Center. Our heritage of both adventure and leisure group tours plus our travel agency roots combine to allow us a powerful network for creating one-of-a-kind customized tours, especially for countries such as Japan, Italy, Greece, and Egypt.
