Flo introduced me to cruising two years ago and I was gob-smacked! Now, my husband and I can't stop. Not only does she find us the best cruise deals possible, she will wait for the right time to buy air tickets, patiently watching for the deals and say, "Now, you gotta get those tickets now!!!" It's not going to go down that low for the next whatever insane amount of time again. She'll get us the best excursions at the lowest price humanly possible. Then, she'll throw in those freebies! Honestly, I think some of those are on her dime. Unbelievable! I've recommended her to many people and she manages to tame even the worst of the penny pinchers.

Great Customer Service
Flo is always available to help whether it's initiating travel, getting credit/refunds, or securing a flight due to unforeseen circumstances, she is always there to help in any way she can. A very valuable task she did for my family is to inform us that my parent's flight credit was expiring soon and that we needed to book travel before we lost the credit. This was 4 months removed from when they received the credit. Flo takes the time to care, understand our needs, and brings forth options for us to consider. Her level of customer service is also exceptional, she's responsive, and gets to know our family needs. And best yet, she is very communicative, always informing us, and getting us free extras at our vacation destinations such as street go-karting in Tokyo. Flo is great to work with and she is now our family travel agent.

GoWiDFlo is tenacious in helping her clients.
Flo is tenacious is getting her clients the best possible deal. She often comes up with surprise upgrades that we did not ask for, but she gets for us for free. Whether its airline seat upgrades or cruise cabin upgrades, she surprises us with these things. She is an avid student of the travel industry and everything she learns she uses for our benefit. She has great after sales service. Oftentimes, months after a booking has been made, she will reach out and say, Hey, I was able to get you a better deal.

Great Communication!
Flo never failed to answer every question. She is thorough and always made me feel like I wasn’t bothering her. She always responded with “that’s what I’m here for”. Her itinerary is very easy to follow and understand. Her hotel selection was on point with location and standards. Makes planning a vacation so much more stress free. Her knowledge of the travel industry is apparent. Great experience! Five stars!

Quality planning and coordinating Alaska cruise
Flo was professional and detailed in providing cruise options, ad recommended a great cruise to Alaska. She was very knowledgeable about traveling with a service dog. The whole process from researching a cruise through starting the cruise went smoothly.

First time with travel agent
Flo was very professional and very detailed. Me and my wife never used a travel agent and we didn’t regret getting Flo. It was an easy, no worries travel to Paris and Lourdes. Transfer was easy, hotels were great and tours were educational. She even provided an extra (b’day) tour.. Highly recommend. We’ll get in touch for future travels.
