I have always had a love for planning and beginning my journey to open Balcer Travel Company just felt natural. I began as an advisor in 2020 right before the pandemic hit and since then, I have been helping navigate my clients through the ups and downs that the travel industry has experienced. I want to create a space where clients feel that their ideas and needs come to fruition with ease and effortlessness. Now more than ever it is so important to have someone you can trust be there for you while you travel. While we won't be right next to you on the beach, we will be just one call away to work out any mishaps that may be thrown your way. I pride myself in customer service and with that truly listening to my client's when planning their travels.
