In 2008, after many years away from the travel business, I returned to an industry that is my first love. I've always been in a people business because that's where I fit best. I'm easy to work with and patient with first time travelers. Experienced travelers can count on my professional knowledge and advice. If I haven't been there, I know enough about the place because of my travel connections, continual research, attendance at workshops, site inspections of cruise ships and hotels, travel agent trips, online training, consortium contacts and fellow agents. The consortium to which I belong, because of their purchasing power, often offer additional amenities.
