Ken Ohlwiler and David Fannin have been traveling together since 1999 and their passion for exploration has taken them across 39 States and 13 countries. From taking planes, trains, cars, boats, and ships, to discovering new experiences like lying on a beach in Greece or hiking an active volcano in Indonesia - no adventure is too great for them. Their motto, “when travelling to places for the first time, be brave and explore!”, is inspired by Ken's life-long journey of learning and exploration. Born and raised in Arizona, he toured the world with a performing group, stayed with host families, and gained valuable insight into the cities, towns, and regions he visited. He later worked for Neiman Marcus for 24 years, traveling to New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, France, and Germany. Meanwhile, David was born in Athens, Greece and had the pleasure of living near the original airport and watching planes take off and land. His family made it a priority to explore the country while they were there. After moving to Fort Worth, Texas with his father’s retirement from the US Air Force, David continued to travel around the world and expanded his knowledge of unfamiliar cultures and cuisines. Together, Ken and David strive to bring travelers unforgettable experiences and make the world more accessible to everyone.
